Frying pan, knife, hammer, spatula.
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the champignons, cut into small pieces and fry in a small amount of oil. At the end of cooking, season the mushrooms with salt, pepper and herbs. Allow to cool slightly.
Grate the cheese.
Cut the chicken fillet into three or four thin slices. First, separate the small from a large fillet, and then divide each lengthwise into half. Beat lightly, salt, pepper and put mushrooms with cheese. Wrap up.
Step 2: fry the chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese.
Heat oil in a pan, dip the rolls first in a beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs and send to fry until golden brown.
Flip gently only when the batter grasps properly and turns golden.
Step 3: serve chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese.
Serve chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese hot. This is a great appetizer, as well as a rather hearty main course. Can be served with vegetable salad or mashed potatoes.
Enjoy your meal!
- Instead of breadcrumbs, you can use bran or chopped corn flakes.
