Cream:

In a saucepan mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and lemon peel.

Pour the milk a little and mix with a whisk so that no lumps form. After we have finished putting all the milk, add the vanilla essence and lemon juice and put the pan on low heat.

Mix in the cream with a whisk until it thickens. (if it does not thicken enough, dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of flour in a few tablespoons of milk or water and pour over the cream) Everything will take approx. Ten minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the cream cool a bit.

Cut the butter into 4 pieces and add each piece of cream in turn, then mix well.

Assembly:

Wrap a tray with cling film, put the first sheet followed by a layer of cream, add the second sheet and a layer of cream and finish with the last sheet that we will cover with a thinner layer of cream.

We cover the cake with food foil, we put a weight on it, for example a thick book over which we put a jar or a wooden chopper over which we put something heavy (a jar of jam, compote, etc.).

Put the cake in the fridge overnight so that the sheets freeze.

On the 2nd day, take the cake out of the fridge and remove the food foil, then cover it with coconut and white chocolate given through a large grater.

Preparation of Snow White Cake sheets
The flour is mixed with sugar, baking powder and then lard. Add the whole egg and 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream (add the sour cream gradually and depending on how much flour you need to obtain an elastic and homogeneous dough that is easy to spread), mix until you get a homogeneous dough that is easy to spread. Put the dough obtained in cling film and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes in the fridge.
The dough is divided into 3 equal parts and bake 3 sheets on the back of the tray (spread the sheets on baking paper) in the preheated oven. When the edges of the sheet begin to brown, you can take it out of the oven and place it on a wooden countertop. We do the same with all the sheets.

Preparation of Snow White Cream Cream

How to prepare cream

How to assemble
Put the first sheet in a tray or on a plate and add 1/3 of the cream.
Continue with the rest of the sheets.
Sprinkle coconut over the last sheet.

Cover with cling film and leave to cool overnight.
The next day it is sliced ​​and served.
