Cut butter at room temperature into cubes and mix with cottage cheese. Sift flour, baking powder, vanilla in a separate bowl. Add flour to the curd-oil mass.
Knead the elastic dough with our hands, roll it into a ball, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours. Sprinkle the board with a little flour. We roll out the dough 1 cm thick. We cut out the figures with a cookie cutter. Dip each figure in sugar. Put cookies on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
