To cook this recipe, it is better to take pusanin. Wash a piece of fat and dry with paper towels. Peel and cut the garlic into strips. In the fat, make cuts and stuff the fat with garlic on all sides. Prepare the marinade - to do this, mix the mustard with salt and seasoning for bacon in a bowl, mix everything well. It is good to grate a piece of bacon with marinade, wrap it in foil and send it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. After marinating, without unwrapping a piece of bacon, put it in the same foil in a baking dish and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. After the specified time, remove the foil and bake lard for another 20 minutes. We cool the fat in the oven, cool the fat and send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours. We cut ready fat and serve to the table. The fat turns out to be tasty and tender, looks great in cold cuts on the festive table.
