Dough (on a big pie)

  1. 4 eggs
  2. Sugar 2 tbsp
  3. Salt 2 tsp without a slide
  4. Soda or baking powder 1,5 tsp
  5. Vegetable oil 6 tbsp
  6. Kefir 800 ml
  7. Flour 500 g


  1. Canned tuna, mackerel 300 g
  2. 5 eggs
  3. Green onion bunch
  4. Salt, pepper to taste

Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, soda and sugar to them. Pour kefir, then mix everything thoroughly. Sift flour, pour in a bowl to the rest of the ingredients, mix. Pour in vegetable oil. Now you need to mix the dough well until smooth. Transfer pieces of mackerel (without liquid) into a suitable container, mash with a fork. Cut the eggs into small cubes, mix with the fish. Chop green onions (or any other greens), mix with the filling. Grease the form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour a little. Pour half the dough, put the filling, pepper. Pour the remaining dough on top of the pie. Put the mold in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. It should become rosy. The cake is very tasty both in hot and in cold form.
