  1. salmon 3 fillets 125 g each
  2. sesame seeds 20 g
  3. sesame paste 2 tbsp
  4. sesame oil 2 tbsp
  5. rice vinegar 1 tbsp
  6. salt to taste

Salt the fish fillet. For the sauce, mix sesame paste, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Grease the fillet with sauce. Part of the sauce should remain, add sesame seeds to it and mix. Now we cover the top of the fish with the sauce with seeds and put in the oven to bake until the fish is ready and the crust is lightly browned (about 10 minutes at 180C).
