Step-by-step recipe for preparing zrazy: We prepare incredibly delicious zrazy with delicate filling, hard-boiled 5 chicken eggs, soak 2 slices of bread in milk and prepare the necessary spices with products. In a container of 1 kg. we chop 1 chicken egg, add 2 crushed cloves of garlic, bread, salt, seasoning, black pepper to taste, mix thoroughly and beat. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth and add a little salt and black pepper to taste. With a wet hand, we separate part of the minced meat, make small cakes out of it, put the filling in the center and wrap them in a bag, forming zrazy. Roll the prepared zrazy in breadcrumbs and spread it in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil. Fry the zrazy in a small fire for 3-3, 5 minutes on each side to a golden crust, then, covering the pan with a lid, cook for 20-25 minutes.
