Ingredients
- cottage cheese 1 kg
- condensed milk 1 can
- butter 20 + 40 g
- dried apricots 6-7 pcs.
- eggs 4 pcs.
- breadcrumbs to taste

Inventory:

Cooking:
Pour boiled water with dried apricots and boil for about 3 minutes. Put on a napkin to remove excess moisture.
Separate the squirrels from the yolks. Grind the yolks with cottage cheese. Add condensed milk and mix well.
Cut the dried apricots smaller and add to the curd mass. Mix.
Beat proteins with a mixer until stable peaks. Add them to the bulk and mix gently.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the whole mass in a mold.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Grease the surface with melted butter and bake for another 10 minutes.
