  1. Vanilla curd mass 200 grams
  2. Eggs 3 pcs.
  3. Vanilla Sugar 1 tbsp
  4. Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Flour 2 cups
  6. 2 tsp baking powder
  7. Salt 1 pinch
  8. Vegetable oil for frying

Step 1: prepare the dough.

First, mix the powdered sugar with the curd and eggs. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

In a separate plate, mix the flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar, and then combine the dry and wet ingredients, mixing a uniform dough with a mixer.

Step 2: fry home-made cottage cheese donuts.

Roll the balls from the dough, roll in flour and send into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
