Cooking method

Wash the meat peritoneum. Cut the entire surface with a knife.

Salt. It should be well rubbed over the entire surface.

Pepper. Squeeze the garlic. Rub well into the meat.

Wrap the peritoneum in a roll and wrap the thread. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.

Wrap the roll in a baking sleeve and send to bake in the oven for 2 hours at a temperature of 170 degrees.
