- Potato 600 grams
- Sausage or sausage 300 grams

Step 1: prepare cabbage and potatoes.
Prepare all the ingredients. Peel the potatoes.
With a cabbage, cut a solid base (if any). And remove the top leaves.
Frozen cabbage does not need to be cleaned, of course.
If you have different sizes of cabbage, separate large and small, as small cooked longer, then it is better to throw different size cabbage into the pan at different times: first large, they will cook longer, and then those smaller.
Step 2: boil potatoes and cabbage.
Put the potatoes in boiling water and cook over medium heat.
After 10 minutes Cooking, send large brussels sprouts to the potatoes.
When the potatoes are almost ready, add a small cabbage and cook everything together for a few more minutes (you do not need to boil the potatoes, otherwise it will begin to crumble).
Step 3: chop the ingredients.
After cooking, discard the potatoes and cabbage in a colander and let cool, so that after not burning, cut the potatoes into medium-sized slices.
It is best to let the vegetables cool in the refrigerator, as they will be better fried, but at room temperature they will do.
Cut the sausage in the same circles. Instead of sausage, you can take sausages, sausages, smoked bacon or brisket.
Finely chop the onions and green onions, chop the greens.
Step 4: fry potatoes with sausage and Brussels sprouts.
Heat a little oil in a pan (just a little bit) and fry the onions in it until transparent. Then add slices of sausage and fry them to a crust.
Add green onions.
When the potatoes turn golden add brussels sprouts. Salt, pepper, sprinkle parsley on top and immediately remove from heat.
Step 5: serve the potatoes with sausage and Brussels sprouts.
Serve potatoes with sausage and Brussels sprouts as the main main course.
