  1. Rice 50 gr.
  2. Dark chocolate 180 gr.
  3. Egg whites 8 pcs.
  4. Milk (3.5%) - 700 ml. taste
  5. Sugar 90 gr.
  6. Butter 50 gr.
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Semolina + drain. Oil for lubrication

Bring to a boil milk with sugar and salt. Add pre-washed rice. Cook until rice is cooked.

Divide the chocolate into slices. Add to the hot milk with rice, drain the same oil. Mix well. Leave to cool slightly.
