  1. Large white onion 3 pcs.
  2. Flour 250 g
  3. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  6. Light beer 150 ml
  7. Cold water 2 tbsp.
  8. Cold water for onions 1.5 liters
  9. Vegetable oil 1 liter
  • Main ingredients: Onion, Flour, Beer
  • Serving 5 servings




Step 1.

Cut the onion into rings of 7-8 mm thickness and put in cold water.

Step 2

In 125 g flour add salt, pepper, baking powder for the dough and mix. Add beer, water and mix well until smooth.

Step 3

Remove the onion from the water on a paper towel.

Step 4

Roll each ring in flour, then in batter and put in well-heated vegetable oil.

Step 5

Fry onion rings until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes over high heat.

Step 6

Remove the finished rings from the oil and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Step 7

Onion rings can be served with your favorite sauces. Enjoy your meal!
