Ingredients for cooking chicken thighs in vegetable sauce
- Chicken thighs 1 kilogram
- Onions 3 pieces
- Sweet pepper 1 piece
- Canned tomatoes 1 small jar
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- White wine 50 milliliters
- Water / Chicken Broth 50 milliliters
- Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

Inventory:

Cooking:
Step 1: bake chicken thighs.

Wash the chicken thighs, salt, pepper and put in a baking dish so that they lie freely.

Place the chicken thighs in a medium-to-medium-sized oven for about 40 minutes. You need to hips covered with a rosy crusty crust on top, and the skin becomes golden.
Step 2: stew the vegetables.

When the chicken in the vegetable sauce is ready, it must be served immediately. This is a great hot meal for lunch and dinner. And for a side dish, offer polenta, boiled rice, potatoes or just slices of fragrant white bread.

Recipe Tips:
- Fans of spicy dishes can add to the vegetable sauce a pod of hot pepper, sliced in rings. Add it at the very beginning, after 1-2 minutes, as you begin to fry the onions.
