Ingredients
- Egg (room temperature) 1 piece
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Butter, melted and chilled 1/2 cup
- Sour cream 18% (room temperature) 3/4 cup
- Flour 2 cups
- Baking powder for dough 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
- Flavoring to taste
- Chocolate dark 1/2 tiles
- Plums 200 grams
- Glaze optional
- Main Ingredients: Oil, Sour Cream, Cocoa and Chocolate, Sugar
- Portion 6-8

Cooking:
Step 1: prepare the dough.

Mix sour cream, egg, butter and sugar first. Beat well with a mixer.
Add sifted flour, baking powder for the dough and vanilla. Mix everything well so that the dough becomes a homogeneous consistency.

Finely chop the dark chocolate and add it to the dough. Mix well again.
Step 2: bake a quick plum cake.

Cover the mold with parchment and pour the dough on top. Even out.
Rinse the plums, dry, cut into halves and remove the seeds. Put slices of plums on top of the dough, drowning them a little.
Bake a cake with 180 degrees during 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick; it should be dry at the exit of the dough.
Step 3: serve a quick plum cake.

Cool the plum pie before serving. If you wish, you can decorate it with icing or icing sugar, here it’s handy. It will be tasty anyway.
