Step 1.

Cut the meat into strips, heat the pan and fry the meat until cooked. Season the prepared meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Chop white cabbage into strips, cilantro and dill finely chop.

In a bowl, put chopped cabbage, salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/2 tbsp paprika, a little dill and cilantro. Mix everything and mash the cabbage with your hands until the juice appears.

Cut onions in half rings, sweet pepper thin strips. Preheat the pan and fry the onions until golden brown for 2 minutes. Add sweet pepper and fry for another 2 minutes, the pepper should remain slightly crispy.

Cut three fresh cucumbers lengthwise and cut into thin plates.

Put chopped cucumbers in a bowl, add salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp. l sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp paprika, a little dill and cilantro and mix everything.

Step 7

Beat 4 chicken eggs, heat well in a pan and bake thin egg pancakes over medium heat.

Step 8

Roll the finished pancakes into a roll and cut into strips 4-5 mm wide.

Preparing the broth: grate 1 fresh cucumber and tomato in a bowl on a coarse grater, add salt, the remaining dill and cilantro, 100 ml of soy sauce, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp hot chili peppers, 1 liter of cold water and mix well.

Step 10

Boil 2 liters of water, add 1 tsp. salt and cook the noodles as written on the package. Rinse the noodles with cold water, fold in a colander and pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil so that the noodles do not stick together.

Step 11

Cut red chili peppers into thin rings.

Step 12

Put noodles in a serving plate, lay in a circle prepared cabbage, fried onions and sweet pepper, egg pancakes, sliced ​​noodles, meat and cucumber salad, add the broth and sprinkle with chili peppers and sesame seeds on top. Kuksi is ready. Enjoy your meal!
