Finally, I used the string, the tablecloth, the napkin, the crockery, the cutlery, the glasses, the candle holders and the candles. I only bought napkins, fir branches, eucalyptus leaves and rosehip bunches.
The central arrangement, made of fir branches, can be made much smaller. I exaggerated a little, for the sake of art.

Boil the chicken breast in water with a pinch of salt and then grind. Put the frozen vegetable mixture to boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Boil the rice, taking care not to stick, and then season it with a powder of thyme, pepper, a pinch of salt and a bay leaf. After boiling all the ingredients, let them cool.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. The latter are mixed with sour cream and baking powder, and the egg whites are mixed by adding a pinch of salt. Mix the preparation obtained with the rice.

Mix the vegetables with the chicken breast and then add the egg yolks. At the end we will add the rice previously mixed with the egg whites. We will homogenize the composition and add more spices to taste.

Grease the muffin tins with olive oil and then add the obtained composition. They are placed in a tray and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

After 25-30 minutes, take the muffins out of the oven and put slices of mozzarella, pieces of tomatoes and donuts on them. Put the tray back in the oven to au gratin the muffins. At the end, they can be decorated with parsley leaves.


How do we prepare the appetizer muffin recipe?

Put the milk with water and yeast in a bowl and mix until the yeast melts.

Then add the oil, egg whites, salt and sugar, then add the flour, knead and leave the dough to rise for an hour.

While the dough is fermenting, prepare the composition for the filling.

Easter recipe - Appetizer muffins with cheese and eggs

To prepare this recipe you need the following ingredients:

- 160 grams of grated cheese
- 12 quail eggs
- 2 chicken eggs
- 60 grams of butter at room temperature
- 330 ml of whipped milk
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 280 grams of flour
- fresh parsley (one link)
- ground pepper
- salt to taste
- oil to lubricate the shapes in which the muffins will be made
- tomatoes that will be used to decorate the muffins

The muffins are prepared as follows: first of all, boil the 12 quail eggs. They have to be strong. After boiling, wait for them to cool, then you can peel them. Then, make a butter foam, using the mixer. Chicken eggs are added to this foam and they will be mixed, this time with the help of a whisk. Then add the grated cheese and continue to mix. Then add the chopped parsley and whipped milk and mix.

Put the baking powder in the flour. The two ingredients will be mixed with the composition that contains the cheese and the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.

The composition will be put in 12 forms for muffins, greased with a little oil. Put half of the composition in the forms, then put a quail egg in each of the 12 forms. Then cover with the composition containing cheese.

The oven will be preheated. Then put the muffins and leave at a temperature of 180 degrees. In about half an hour I'm ready. To find out if they are ripe, you can test them with a toothpick. Then you can take them out of the oven. Wait for them to cool before removing them from the molds. After that they can be decorated with tomatoes.
